This is a rare concert appearance by string ensemble Who Killed Bambi alongside singer and songwriter Jonas H. Petersen, the man behind the name Hymns From Nineveh. When Who Killed Bambi were making their first record in 2014, Jonas H. Petersen was the guest soloist. Since then, the two have performed together occasionally. In 2009, Hymns From Nineveh caused a stir with an EP release, cementing his reputation with the subsequent albums. The hit A Kid On The Beach from the album Visions in 2013 did no harm. Hymns From Nineveh released his first album in Danish Sindets Asyl (Mind Haven) in 2019. The critics praised it. The string ensemble Who Killed Bambi gave their first concert in 2009 and have since been fully occupied with their own releases and cooperative projects with musicians as varied as Pernille Rosendahl, Rod Stewart, Oh Land, Søren Huss, Teitur, Palle Mikkelborg, Hannah Schneider, Alice Boman and Lydmor. Who Killed Bambi’s most recent album is 12 from May 2021, and among the contributing guests is Jonas H. Petersen.
