With over 1,000 concerts across more than 20 countries - from intimate clubs to major festival stages - they’ve built a reputation as one of Denmark’s hardest-working and most widely touring live acts.
The seven-piece band brings an energetic show full of warmth and joy, with Risager’s distinctive vocals and guitar supported by a tight rhythm section, horns, piano, and rich arrangements. Their music flows effortlessly from swampy grooves and raw power to tender ballads and sophisticated, jazzy finesse.
Their new album ‘House of Sticks’ marks a new chapter in the band’s evolution. Here, they refine their sound with both analog soul and modern production, delivering songs rich in presence, resilience, and musical craftsmanship. Released on the international label Provogue/Mascot (home to artists like Joe Bonamassa and Beth Hart), the album further cements their position as one of Europe’s most compelling roots and blues bands.
