Ticket sales for Tønder Festival 2026 have gone historically well. Friday has long been sold out, and Saturday tickets are close to running out too.

Atmospheric days filled with experiences leading up to Tønder Festival
Once again, Visit Rømø & Tønder has put together an exciting program of experiences in the days before this year’s festival.
There will be plenty of opportunities to explore some of Tønder’s unique attractions and gain insight into the region’s fascinating history in the days leading up to this year’s Tønder Festival.
This year’s 4+ events consist of a series of diverse activities, each offering a glimpse into the areas wide-ranging cultural, natural, historical, and business-related experiences - as well as the strong sense of local community that characterizes the area.
The 4+ events will take place on 22-25 August 2026. Visitors will have the chance to try local delicacies and take part in guided tours.
All tours are led by professional guides and will emphasize storytelling, presence and togetherness.
