1 Create a profile on Crewnet

To become a volunteer at the Tønder Festival, you need to create a profile in Crewnet, our volunteer system. Remember to confirm your email and phone number to ensure you receive information from TF.

2 Choose categories

Once you've created a profile, select which categories of volunteering you're interested in. The more you choose, the greater the chance of joining the volunteer community.

Approximately 2 months before TF, all registration categories will close, and volunteers who are not already assigned to a team will be placed on a team that needs volunteers.

3 Await notification

You will hear directly from a team coordinator if your help is needed.

If you don't recieve an email, it means the teams are already at full capacity.

If you were a volunteer last year you don’t have to apply again. Contact your team coordinator.
