Volunteering at Tønder Festival

What does it mean to be a volunteer at Tønder Festival?

There isn't a single answer to that - but you'll become part of a volunteer community, where commitment and teamwork are the cornerstones of developing and creating the Tønder Festival!

No volunteers, no Tønder Festival. It's as simple as that.

Every year, the Tønder Festival is brought to life with the help of over 3,000 volunteers who work together before, during, and after the event. Everyone unites with a single aim: to create a world-class festival. The volunteer community at Tønder Festival is at the heart of its identity. Everyone is welcome here!

Your benefits
